Purpose: to help Fire/EMS personnel reflect on well-being and track changes over time.
Eligibility: 18+ and currently serving in Fire, EMS, or Rescue (career or volunteer).
What we collect
Your questionnaire answers (psychometrics).
Optional context (e.g., years of service, shift).
We do not collect names, badge numbers, or precise location unless you optionally add them.
Confidentiality & storage
Data are encrypted in transit and at rest.
Stored on secure, access-controlled systems used by the Responder Health Lab team.
Individual responses are not shared with agencies or supervisors.
Group summaries may be used for research/presentations/publications without identifying you.
Your control
You can skip questions or stop anytime.
You can request deletion of your identifiable account data (if provided). De-identified data already included in group analyses may not be removable.
